The lead naming opportunity is the new center itself, a comprehensive vision and community anchor that brings multi-faceted programs and services to the immediate region and broader Central Adirondack region.
Land Acquisition - $500,000
The land that the new Arts Center resides on brings a unique naming opportunity that incorporates beautiful landscape with preserved wetlands and Adirondack beauty.
Main Gallery - Named Community Gallery for the Community Foundation
The artistic heart of the new center, the climate controlled main gallery will host the center’s largest exhibits, such as the Adirondacks National Exhibition of America Watercolors and the National Northeast Pastel Exhibition.
Multi Purpose Performing Arts Auditorium (Named Gould, in memory of Elaine Gould)
The auditorium accommodates a variety of performing arts, with comfortable seating for over 200. The space will easily convert from concert hall to conference, reception or classroom space.
Ecology Gallery (Named Kashiwa, in memory of Hank Kashiwa)
A “learning center” actively demonstrating how we interact with nature. An opportunity to explore Adirondack environmental issues through diorama, film and interactive exhibits. The Ecology Gallery, surrounded on three sides by the outdoors, will present displays on alternative energy sources and a variety of ecological interests suitable for both children and adults.
Kinderwood Suite - $400,000 (20% Matching Opportunity for donations earmarked to name it the Miriam Davis Kashiwa Kinderwood Suite)
This early education program uses all the resources of the new center to prepare pre-kindergarten children for school success. Located on the second floor, the sunlit room offers a cheery and warm environment for learning.
Entrance Gallery - (Named Noonan, in memory of J. Richard & Ruth E. Noonan)
The main entrance space, partly open to the second floor, forms an impressive welcome area for visitors. Natural materials such as hardwood timbers and hand-hewn columns will create the right welcoming setting.
Courtyard Garden - $350,000
Located just outside the Courtyard Gallery, leading off the Gould Hall, the Courtyard Garden is the perfect backdrop for Adirondack vegetation and landscaping, sculpture and outdoor events.

Courtyard Walkway Inscribed Boards (Several Hundred) - $250 each
The encompassing walkway on the perimeter of the Courtyard Garden allows for a natural and intriguing area for this unique naming opportunity. Boards can be inscribed with 2 lines of 25-30 characters (1-1/2” height letters), the perfect opportunity to recognize your family, friends or that special someone. Purchase of a walkway board has a life expectancy of 15 years due to weathering conditions.
Landscaping - $300,000
The landscaping for the new building is absolutely beautiful. It incorporates a mix of native species including deciduous tress – red maple, paper birch, beech, aspen, mountain ash, etc. Conifer plantings include white pine and hemlock. Virginia creeper, dogwood, blueberry, cranberry and juniper also round out this exquisite landscaping.
Elevator - $250,000
Located just off the Main Entrance Gallery the hydraulic elevator system by OTIS, Inc., one of the world’s leading elevator companies will offer handicap accessible visitors ease of reaching the second floor balcony area.
Gallery Lighting System - $250,000
In keeping with its environmentally sensitive design, the gallery lighting will be carefully designed to cast only on exhibits allowing natural light to filter through the windows.
Entrance Road & Parking - $250,000
The entrance road offers a breathtaking view as you approach the center. The parking lot offers 75 paved spaces and 20 overflow spaces also doubling as snow storage in the winter.
Painting & Jewelry Studio - $250,000 each (One room, two naming opportunities)
This 912 sq. ft. studio will offer artists the space and necessities to create wonderful works of art complete with a mixing room, utility & slop sinks and volumes of natural light from the Meditation Garden.
Pottery/Ceramic Studio - $250,000
Pottery workshops will continue to be the centerpiece of the Guild’s art programming with this new studio complete with kilns, throwing wheels and ample overhead storage for clay, glazes and other art supplies.
Artisan Shop - $200,000
Original works of art including paintings, ceramics, Arts Center gifts and more will be available for purchase. A comprehensive line of art supplies will be offered for workshop student’s convenience.
Artist-In-Residence Living Space - $200,000
Hosting artists from afar brings talent, diversity and cultural exposure to the community. These living spaces will consist of two bedrooms separated by a shared kitchenette & living space designed for temporary residence of visiting artists or interns.
Theater Green Room (Dressing Room & Lounge) - $200,000
Multiple small rooms at approximately 500 sq. ft. including a dressing room, lunge and two adjacent restrooms provide performers an area to prepare before a show (make-up, warm up, dressing and storage or an area to gather after a show. The room may also be used for a private reception area.
Eco-Friendly Water Management System - $200,000
In keeping with the Guild’s mission to meld art with the natural world, many natural components will fill the grounds of the new center. A state-of-the-art eco-friendly water management system allows the site to decrease the rate and quantity of water run-off by 25 percent, while adding a beautiful water layout of water quality treated ponds framed by river washed boulders, small waterfalls, cobblestone spillways, drought-resistant plants and pine bark pathways.
Geothermal Heating & Cooling System - $200,000
The most energy and cost efficient system available the state of the art geothermal system is a real commitment to energy conservation by using the heat from renewable solar energy stored in the ground. The center’s system offers superior comfort. It is also quiet, out of view and safe.

Gallery Archival Storage for our Permanent Collection - $175,000
170 sq. ft. climate controlled to preserve treasures for posterity, archival storage is essential to the center’s exhibitions and future.
Porte Cochere - $150,000
The main entrance to the new center is graced with a covered walkway with hand-hewn timbers and columns, acting as both a stunning entrance way leading to the center and a protective metal-roofed awning outside. The Porte Cochere is further enhanced with Meyda Tiffany Lighting and a paved walkway design.
Courtyard Gallery/Atrium - $150,000
Located just outside the Gould Auditorium with large storefront windows allowing plenty of natural light and beautiful overlooking views of the Meditative Garden, the Courtyard Gallery will also allows works of art to be displayed.
Catering & Teaching Kitchen - $150,000
The center’s fully equipped kitchen serves a variety of purposes. Local schools, programs of the Guild, small business entrepreneurs, catering groups and conference planners will all find uses for this commercial grade kitchen for workshops and events.
Control Booth - $100,000
The sound/lighting controls for the auditorium are located above the auditorium facing the stage area.

The handicap accessible Woodland Walk is a beautiful wooded area boardwalk over existing wetlands along the backside of the building overlooking the Courtyard/Meditative Gardens.

1221,000 watt solar module system capable of producing 26,355 kWh’s. Two of these panels will be located near the front of the building on pedestals that will automatically rotate toward the sun.
Balcony - $100,000
The balcony serves as the upper landing for the elevator and the grand staircase. The balcony also provides a beautiful view of the main Entrance Gallery as well as an upper gallery area.
Volunteer Lounge - $100,000
Aprox. 200 sq.ft. of private space for volunteers and staff to take a break or work on various tasks. The room is complete with a kitchenette and plenty of natural light and ventilation.
Kinderwood Play Yard – (Named Jost Family)
This outside area will be a wonderful area in childhood education where children can use their energy, learn the fundamentals of outdoor activity, take in the fresh Adirondack mountain air and enjoy themselves all at the same time.

The main staircase leads from the Entrance Gallery to the upper level Balcony. Metal pan stairway with 1 ½ hardwood treads and tubular steel handrails leading to the 2nd floor meeting rooms, administration area and Kinderwood.

The main entrance reception area where visitors will initially be greeted and informed of our wonderful opportunities for exhibits, performances and more.

Individual Named Steps from the EcoGallery to Kinderwood (28) - $1000 each
A wonderful opportunity for a unique naming opportunity, the steps will be brass plated (aprox 6"x12") with a personal inscription, then epoxied to the right hand edge of each riser.
