Summary:
This full-time position will manage a variety of programs including community events, annual and seasonal benefits, festivals, weddings and other special activities. The Manager is responsible for View’s facility rentals, including promoting and booking wedding receptions, conferences, and meetings.

The Manager will coordinate and communicate with caterers who use View’s commercial catering kitchen. The ideal candidate will have the appropriate experience; will be organized, creative, and proactive; will be able to work independently; and will be able to lead a team of volunteers and interns.

The ideal candidate will also have experience in marketing and promotion. Experience with Google and Adobe programs would be preferred. This position has flexible hours with frequent weekend and evening
responsibilities, especially during the summer months.

Work Experience:
Previous work experience that demonstrates the ability to multitask, prioritize their work load, show creativity in ideas for program consideration, proven demonstration of planning and execution of programs or events, and ability to plan and budget.

Education:
Undergraduate degree is a plus. The Manager holds the key role in the planning, execution and success of View’s benefits, events and facility rentals.

Compensation:
Compensation and position offer will be commensurate with qualifications and experience in consideration of VIEW’s profile, in a likely range of $42k-$52k per year.
