Cindy Curtis Nelson

Cindy Curtis Nelson is a marketing and strategy executive with deep experience in digital service models, client experience and operations for large, industry-leading companies across the finance, and technology sectors. She is an experienced board member across private corporate, and non-profit organizations. She is known for her analytical work, collaboration and strategic insights.

Cindy currently the Chief Operating Officer at Eagle Bay Family Office (New York and Puerto Rico) and serves as board chair of the Marketing and Development Committee, for HB Studio – an iconic Acting School in Greenwich Village, NYC.

She was previously Managing Director, Head of Marketing for North America and Global Head of Investment Communications at State Street Global Advisors leading teams around the world. She founded the marketing consulting firm, Matter Worldwide and has worked across many financial services firms in global marketing, product development and product management roles.

Cindy received her Bachelor’s degree from SUNY College at Brockport in Upstate New York and her M.S. in Information Systems from NYU Stern School of Business, concentrating in the intersection of Business and Technology. She lives Puerto Rico, Old Forge and New York with her husband, and together with her extended family owns and operates Palmer Point, an historic cottage and boat rental business on Fourth Lake.
