Kathryn Howe Ruscitto

Kathryn Howe Ruscitto has been an active member of the CNY community for many years. She is a graduate of LeMoyne College, holds a Masters degree from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University, and holds an Honorary Doctorate from LeMoyne College.

Her career has included leadership roles as the Onondaga County Administrator for Human Services. She has been an SVP at Loretto, and an SVP at St. Joseph's Health from 2001-2011. She was named President and CEO of St. Joseph's Health in 2011 until her retirement in March of 2017. Kathy continues as an author, teacher, and mentor to leaders throughout the country and holds memberships in the National Association of Corporate Directors, and the World Future Society. She is on the Board of the Mother Cabrini Health Foundation in NYC, and writes editorials for MD News. She and her husband, Dan, reside in Old Forge, and love its beauty and sense of community, including View.
