Overview

Color theory and color relationships are an integral part of art and everyday living.  Join Janet Nye Vedder as we explore COLOR in this 3 part virtual Zoom class!!!   Through this in-depth class, students will learn color theory, color relationships and color mixing.  Using watercolor paint as our medium, we will learn how to create luscious vibrant colors, and, also, how to create captivating neutral tones and muted colors.  Part 2 and 3 will be held on January 25th and February 1, 2025.

Materials List:

In class, Janet will be using the Daniel Smith Essentials Introductory Watercolor set.  Please bring this six-tube watercolor set, or its’ equivalent, (a warm and a cool red, a warm and a cool yellow, a warm and a cool blue) and a watercolor or mixed media sketchbook.  And, of course, you will need a watercolor brush, water containers, paper towels, etc...

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the first day of a class can receive a 100% refund or can be exchanged for another class. Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the first day of class will not be refunded.  In the event that View were to cancel a class, a full refund for the class will be issued.
